Set in today's Greece, an American family on a yacht in the Aegean is consumed with their private virtual and technological dramas. The mysteries of Greece begin to overwhelm them, culminating in a dream like revel at sea at the Temple of Poseidon, where the Americans awake to face the emptiness of their obsessions.
Acclaimed Tenor John Duykers creates the role of the American father, for the premiere at Thick House Theater, as part of the 2013 San Francisco International Arts Festival. Directed by Melissa Weaver. Video sets by Daniel Friedman of Appleberry Studios.
